The primary goal of men's ministries at Living Waters Church is connecting: Connecting men with God and with other Godly men. We hold each other accountable to God as iron sharpens iron, encouraging one another to live a Godly life. We strive to edify men as they develop their responsibility for spiritual leadership in their God-given roles–as mentors and leaders in their jobs and their families.

What’s behind the name?

In Scripture, King David’s men of valor were known as mighty warriors. Today God is rising up another army of warriors: spiritual warriors. Men are unique. They come in different shapes, sizes, personalities and interests. There are men who enjoy the fine arts, culture, IHOP and prophetic worship. The sounds of the symphony or the sweet sound of twin fiddles. Also there are men who enjoy the outdoors, sports (Go Vikings) and the sound of a firearm.

However, all Christian men are called to be present day Men of Valor.

Christian men need to be spiritual warriors for their families, friends, co-workers, neighborhoods and communities. Our church and surrounding community need a modern day army of mighty men: Men of Valor. As a man at LWC, you have a place and a voice as Men of Valor. We want to hear from you, serve you and invite you to join us in advancing the Kingdom of God.
